ENFORCE ELECTION INTEGRITY
No Texan can argue our elections merit constant vigilance to preserve integrity. Election Integrity and security must be a priority for all citizens. I will continue to connect and augment Election Integrity efforts across Texas so we can regain confidence in our vote, make our future elections even safer, and enact stronger election integrity laws to protect all Texans vote.

I WAS ONE OF THE AUTHOR'S OF SB1070 to "GET TEXAS OUT OF ERIC" (Electronic Registration Information Center) which stopped the flow of your Personal Identifiable Information (PII: full name, address, contact info, SSN, citizenship, email, DOB, etc) to Leftist, third party nongovernmental entities that were using Texas’ statewide data to do VOTER REGISTRATION (of Eligible But Unregistered) voters, rather than VOTER ROLL CLEANING. This bill protected all Texas citizens privacy, stopped funneling all of Texas’ personal data to left leaning organizations, and saved the state and taxpayers 1.5+ Million dollars.

I CHAMPIONED THE ADDITION OF PROPOSITION 12 ADDED TO THE BALLOT: “The Texas Constitution should be amended to require proof of citizenship before any individual can be registered to vote.”
WORKED WITH NATIONAL DATA SCIENTISTS AND PROGRAMMERS TO AID IN DEVELOPMENT OF A VOTER ROLL CLEANING PROGRAM FOR DEPLOYMENT IN TEXAS. Multi person Beta team developed and work in progress with other Republican states.
RECRUITED DONORS TO PURCHASE TEXAS VOTER ROLLS FOR MULTIPLE STATEWIDE ELECTIONS FOR GRASSROOTS VOTER ROLL CLEANING AND BETA TESTING TEAM.
RECRUITED DONORS TO SPONSOR THE 15 LARGEST TEXAS COUNTIES FOR ELECTION FAIRNESS INSTITUTE’S AND SETH KESHEL PRECINCT MAPPING PROJECT. To identify “hot spots” in county precincts which tie to potentially corrupted voter rolls for targeted voter roll review and cleaning.
I CONTINUE TO PARTICIPATE IN MULTIPLE WEEKLY NATIONAL CALLS WITH OTHER STATES AND NATIONAL REPUBLICAN FOUNDATIONS to create working teams, sharing Election Integrity information and legislation, addressing Election Integrity issues in our states, and developing state battle plans for the upcoming elections.

SECURE THE BORDER
I am passionate about Border Security. My concerns escalated in January 2021 when, under the Biden Whitehouse, all the Trump era policies were rescinded that opened up our borders to the detriment of Texas and our Nation. This invasion harms our citizens, our landowners, and demeans those who immigrate lawfully. This open border facilitates human trafficking, abuse of women and children, and deadly narcotics and fentanyl entering into the United States killing our children and citizens. I remain a staunch, vocal advocate for securing our border and stopping this invasion.
BORDER SECURITY AND LEGISLATION
I have worked with law enforcement, county judges, county attorneys, sheriffs, DPS, and State/National Border experts to help draft legislation for the Border Unit, discuss and speak on the public health threat from communicable diseases crossing the border, and the fentanyl threat.
I have attended multiple high-level meetings with Border Sheriffs, DPS, Texas’ Border Czar, local ranchers, and landowners in border regions to discuss costs of building the wall and obtaining access to private land, possible alternative wall systems and security enhancements, funding needs, NGO’s role in metroplex areas, an interstate compact, and additional items needed for legislation.
RECRUIT, TRAIN, AND ENERGIZE COUNTY CHAIRS, PRECINCT CHAIRS AND VOLUNTEERS
Volunteers are the lifeblood of our party. Our volunteers deserve the best tools the party can provide. I will continue to support our County Chairs, precinct chairs, and volunteers as they work to build and strengthen the Party with up-to-date training, tools, and resources.
DEVELOPED STATEWIDE TRAINING FOR COUNTY, PRECINCT, AND GRASSROOTS ORGANIZATIONS
FOUNDED OPERATION WRANGLER
Operation Wrangler provides free, statewide organizational training of county and precinct chairs, use of “Get out the Vote” tools and training across the state to county, precinct chairs and grassroots organizations in their home regions. Trained over 60 plus counties statewide (plus a number of repeat training visits) and continue to add more counties through November 2024 election.
FOUNDED LONE STAR CIVICS
Lone Star Civics provides free, statewide Election Integrity training to county, precinct chairs, grassroots, and other organizations across Texas. Trainees are from parts of the state previously underserved and/or unvisited by the RPT, as well as other areas in need of help: includes Party organization, precinct chair training, GOTV and data tools, Election worker training, Poll Watcher training, Voter Registration and VDVR training, Road to Convention and Delegate training. More training modules are being added as local needs identified.
ELIMINATE MANDATES
Tyranny takes many forms, and one of the cruelest is that of an unjust mandate. No one can deny the societal decay caused by recent overbearing and intrusive federal mandates. Texans can make their own decisions; I will always oppose a nanny state.
As a physician and RPT member, I wrote many letters to our legislature supporting vaccine choice, reopening schools, ending lockdowns, and advocating for the ban on vaccine mandates.
BUILD AND GROW THE PARTY
RECRUITED AND SUPPORTED TEXAS FEDERATION OF TEENAGE REPUBLICANS CLUBS ACROSS TEXAS
Eleven new high school groups were established across Texas, with many more charters planned across the state. These high school groups are active in learning in how to campaign, discussing and promoting Conservative ideals in their area, and getting connected with their local Republican clubs and community. Participated and attended SREC meetings to engage in discussions.
SUPPORTED AND REBUILDING COLLEGE REPUBLICAN PRESENCE
While researching Left leaning dark money groups in Texas Elections, I identified 48 college campuses where left leaning groups execute targeted voter registration. To combat the Left leaning ideology present on these 48 “All in Democracy Challenge” college campuses across Texas, I have developed a plan to build/rebuild Republican College groups across Texas, as well as organize voter registration drives targeting Conservative students. Build additional mentorship support from local clubs and grassroots organizations in each of these areas.
INCREASED ENGAGEMENT WITH HISPANIC, BLACK, ASIAN, SUBURBAN WOMEN, VETERAN, AND YOUNG VOTERS
Continue to support, actively recruit, and register new Republicans to the party, increase participation and involvement in local parties, assist with candidate recruitment, and mentor the next generation of leaders. Grow participation and presence at Naturalization ceremonies for new citizens. Increase voter registration of military and veterans.
